Majors Sign Canadian RHP

The London Majors are pleased to announce the signing of Canadian RHP Ricardo Alvarez de Lugo.

Ricardo pitched for the Brantford Red Sox in 2024, appearing in 13 games with 8 starts. In 47.2 innings, he gave up only 19 walks and posted a 6.04 ERA.

Prior to the IBL, Ricardo played college ball in 2022- 23 at Florida Memorial University in the NAIA (Sun Conference).

de Lugo will be another arm that will give the Majors' pitching staff some added depth.
